First Aid or Recovery & Support: which kit suits you?
Choose a poultry kit by the job you need it to do. Basic wound supplies and a supportive-care setup overlap, but they are not identical. Check your existing supplies before deciding.
Start with First Aid
A First Aid kit is a practical starting point for keeping the listed dressing, saline and bandaging basics together. The organiser version suits someone who wants a dedicated storage place; contents-only may suit an existing setup. Check current contents and quantities on the listing.
Consider Recovery & Support
A recovery kit is for keepers who want the listed supportive-care supplies organised alongside a clear care plan. Nutritional support products must be used according to their directions and veterinary advice where needed. They do not diagnose why a chicken stopped eating or cure an infection.
Compare honestly
Compare exact products, pack sizes, storage, expiry dates, delivery and what you already have. A higher-priced kit is not automatically necessary for a small flock. Choose refills for used supplies instead of replacing reusable tools.
Next step: visit the Henmergency collection and read the full listings. If a bird is already seriously unwell, contact your vet first rather than waiting for a parcel.
