A small Brisbane business, built around our flock

I’m Charli, the person behind Chuckles Chickens. I breed chickens in Brisbane and share the practical things I’ve learned along the way, from collecting fertile eggs to getting ready for new chicks.

Our breeding pens include Light Sussex, Coronation Sussex and Barnevelder. Our blue and gold laced Barnevelders share a pen, so their eggs are sold together rather than as separate colour lines.

You’ll find fertile eggs, chicks and available birds alongside Henmergency poultry care kits, refills and selected supplies. I’m building a range that earns its place in the feed shed: useful basics, clear contents and products you can replace when they run out.

Our herb range is being developed with clearly listed ingredients and practical directions. We won’t promise that a herb blend can cure illness or replace a balanced poultry feed.

From our place to yours

Fertile eggs are available in half dozens and full dozens, with collection by arrangement and carefully packed Express Post orders where permitted. Live birds are offered for local collection; their age, sex and availability will be listed with each release.
